Steven E. Jones, Ph. D.

Founder/Principal

Steven has held senior leadership positions in private and public organizations leading change efforts, with 25 years experience providing facilitation, coaching and training to organizations focused on building more effective workplaces. He develops coaching and training protocols that transform people’s skills in the areas of leadership, team building, communication, systemic change, and diversity management. Working with leaders to achieve results, he serves as a coach facilitator to leaders nationwide in federal government agencies, banking and private corporations, the philanthropic sector, and non-profit organizations. A co-founder of the Results Based Facilitation Network, Steven is also a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Administrator, certified in emotional intelligence instruments, and in several 360-degree assessment tools. He also holds certifications from Coach Organizational Learning and Newfield Network.

Toni Cooke

Toni Cooke is an independent consultant with more than 25 years of experience in the philanthropic and non-profit sectors. She has extensive knowledge and experience in organizational development, leadership development, asset building and program development and management. In addition to her work with individual organizations, she has been credited for her work with communities groups who are working towards building effective community partnerships that produce results. Toni’s previous work includes senior administrative work implementing a successful community investment program for a non-profit hospital, and addressing the issues in the foster care system at two national foundations. In 2008, she founded T. Cooke and Associates, an independent consulting firm. Her portfolio of clients includes the Ford Foundation, Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Insight Center for Community and Economic Development, Five Acres and the Haas Institute. Toni is currently certified in Results Based Facilitation from the RBF Network, Myers-Briggs Qualification from the Association for Psychological Type, and Life Coaching from the Life Mastery Institute.

Bryan E. Glover

Senior Associate

Bryan has served in a variety of capacities and professional environments, including work in the private sector with pharmaceutical and government clients, as well as 20 years of non-profit management and administrative experience. He has previously served in senior management capacities, supervising staff and volunteers, while participating in the development and delivery of public health campaigns, public information and educational efforts, and strategic partnership building, as well as program development and implementation. His experience spans conducting community outreach, cultural advocacy, and grant writing, as well as information systems management and public education and training as Coordinator of the DC AIDS Information Line. Most recently he served as Communications Officer for the philanthropy association Funders for LGBTQ Issues, handling print and online communication activities for members and the general public. He has also served on the board and executive committees of several community based organizations supporting a variety of organizing efforts. Bryan’s breadth of experience and community engagement offers a unique perspective on the challenges of organizational leadership and workplace dynamics. As a leadership coach, he relies on personal experience and understanding to support clients in increasing their efficiency, effectiveness and results in the workplace through navigating pathways to clarity, transparency, and joy.

With a deep grounding in the principles of adult development, an eye for quality and on-going improvement, and an ability to deliver feedback in a way that motivates people to change, she is able to help take leaders and programs to the next level to create even more impact for individuals, teams and organizations. Ms. Kedar is the recipient of the 2009 and 2010 ICF Prism Award for Coaching Excellence.
